This device barely works. The calibration step is fiddly, requiring a green light to be visible in a little reflector box that sits under the screen. Once this is set up, the slightest knock will push the whole thing out of alignment requiring a full re-calibration (which often requires connecting a USB mouse in order to be able to trigger the touch calibration step since the device will immediately start registering phantom touches). They recommend using an extended base (which is bundled) for increased stability but I've yet to find a TV of monitor with a wide enough bezel that this extended based doesn't obscure some of the screen.Setting up wifi is quite simple with the accompanying Android app but there's no easy way to then connect to a different SSID in a different location without once again breaking out the USB mouse because as soon as it was moved to another TV it required a full re-calibration and the phone wouldn't connect to it any longer.Even when it is properly aligned and calibrated, the touch screen is extremely flakey, sometimes registering a finger hovering as a tap and at other times completely missing a tap or registering a tap as a drag. Simply trying to scribble a few letters on the screen in the presentation app (which, oddly, is also the whiteboard app) looks like a 3-year-old trying to learn their letters for the first time. That's assuming you can eventually get the pen tool to work because touch responsiveness at the right-hand side of the screen is especially unresponsive.Just to round up the disappointment, it can't be powered from USB and requires a mains brick that covers 2 sockets on a gang adaptor and the built-in fan (which runs constantly) is very noisy.All-in-all a complete waste of money in my opinion.

I've had one of these for at least a year and now with covid19 I'm home schooling the kids on it. It isn't perfect, it does crash, but it works. Without it life would be much more difficult.

Could not get it to work properly, very fiddly and hard to use app.

Received with missing infrared device, i have tried to contact them by email/phone with no repsonse the device just not working without this piece.They just shipped and ignore the customer thats shame.
