Would have given 5 stars but the control is almost impossible to read. It's hard to tell if it's even turned on.

I use the belt in my car. I do not wrap it around my body, I just leave it positioned at the base of my seat. I think it is great, it gives me relief when I travel. It would be nice to have some Velcro on the backside of the free end flap to secure it in that position. I am not being critical here as I like the small control. The lights are difficult to see during light hours. This is just something to think about. In my opinion this is a great product for anyone that does not have heated seats in their car & needs heat for back pain. I would like to get another one for a 2nd car. Great Product.

Three problems: first it takes too long to heat up; second, its impossible to read the control switch in daylight (i dont know if it's on or off) and since it takes so long to heat up, Im sitting waiting forever for some back relief. Third the instructions were poorly explained.

I purchased this because of recent lower back issues and an upcoming business trip (NY to Singapore). Heated seats in the car help a lot, so why not heated economy seats on a B/777 too? It worked GREAT, with one caveat: bring along a decent capacity battery to power it. When I plugged it into the seatback USB port, it wouldn't power up. I suspect the draw was just a bit too much and the airplane safety system locked it out. Fortunately I also had with me an Anker Powercore 10,000 mA lithium portable battery. I used the Heating Wrap quite often but still had capacity to spare!

Expensive and received this item late - listed as prime, but took almost a week to arrive. When I did get it, the ac adapter did not fit properly, so was almost impossible to get it to turn on. Only once, after trying numerous times in three Days was I able to get it to turn on. Even then it did not warm up much past Luke warm.

however, the area where the plug goes in came apart and I am holding it together with a safety pin. Believe me the leather is really hard to get the pin thru. That is the only thing that is wrong with it. I used it everyday while on vacation and it was great.

Wonderful!!!! I guess you could use for back pain, but I use mine for trips, business conferences, or outdoor events that are going to be cold and I use my phone power bank to keep it on. Heats up fast and it’s a good warm heat too, sometimes I have to even turn it down!
