I received it for two weeks only, but I have used it more than 10 times. It supports any strain, movement that may aggravate a herniated disc., exactly what I needed to allow me to continue my workout s without pain due to a previous back problem.

This is my first Amazon review but I had to post it because of how quickly this thing fell apart. My belt has deteriorated to the point that it's unusable within a week of purchase. All of the seems that hold the metal rods have frayed and the metal rods fall out. I will be seeking a refund. This belt is incredibly poorly constructed. Do not buy this product.

Stopped working after 4 uses and it doesn’t hold a charge very well.. I had it hooked to my portable charger at work and it lasted an hour if that.
