Excellent customer service
Only good for curls, very loud, the straight brush and round brush don’t do anything to your hair.- update.. since my review the company contacted me for help and advice. This is something I have never experienced! The more my daughter uses it the more she likes it.

Very poor quality - burnt hair and set off fire alarm
This model is available for 15 euro on temu which is the level of quality you should expect. The motor is not strong enough to wrap the hair. The parts do not attach and detach easily. The heat is also way too high and I could smell my hair burning. It set the fire alarm off in my building twice. Waste of the plastic it's made of.

Too noisy
Not impressed with this no instructions included and the curling wands doesn’t curl hair just blows hair about, very noisy but on a positive note quite like the hairdryer part as it’s light and easy to use especially at the back of head. Overall waste of money.

Not worth it
The air pressure is not great and there is no option for air suction, air is only blown outwards so it is very difficult to style your hair.
