Are these the same halloween cards as the 2022 packs or are they different?

These are different , the 2023 version

How many cards in the set? Is it guaranteed in 1 order of 50?

Not sure what u mean by "in the set" but it's 50 packs with 3 cards in each. We got a ton of the same cards so I'm assuming they are the only cards u can get. No BIG pulls, but each pack has 1 halo. We got lots a duplicates with those as well.
