I thought I settled on a florida orange blossom honey to use in my mead making. But this honey is just better. Better taste, smoother taste, and the flavors (fruits) I add to my mead blend faster.

I purchased the Montana Sweet Cover variety and it exceeded my expectations. I had run out of my usual brand and purchased a wildflower honey from the grocery store--such a disappointment. When this honey arrived and I opened the bottle, I tasted a bit from my fingertip and exclaimed, "Now *this* is honey!" Wonderful light golden color, clear, delightful. I'll use the other stuff for baking...maybe.

Just got the clover honey today. It's perfect. Ate a spoonful right away, then put some in a cup of herbal tea. Nostalgia for my childhood with meadows filled with clover, my love for bees and their wonderful honey.

It's okay, but there is not a hint of Citrus flavor. if anything it's almost a buttery flavor. Nice and thick, good color, not what I expected from the name. I may try one of the other flavors, but will not be buying this one again.

I don't really have a problem with my A1C, but whenever I do use regular honey for a stretch of time, my A1C would rise a little. So, I recommend using this raw honey, when you might need to drink tea with honey, for a projected stretch of time.

This is a light tasting honey as you can probably tell by the golden color. It is perfectly balanced not too sweet and tastes exceptionally fresh. I highly recommend this brand, well worth the price.

Very pleased with this honey. It brings mead making to a new level.
