I like that this has a good, clean, plain potato taste and I can control the add-ins like salt and fat. It's not quite as good as fresh potatoes, but so much less effort and easier to store it's definitely worth keeping on hand at all times. It's also great for making breads and thickening soups.

This product makes a beautiful, rich, creamy mashed potato. Plus you can use it for things like potato pancakes as well. The price is competitive. The flavor is outstanding! You can eat them plain right from the box!

Add baked beans for a protein packed lunch! I use Vegan butter and soy original milk with black pepper and chopped parsley. Serve piping hot.

I used to only serve home made mashed potatoes. These are just as good and a lot less work and time!!!I love them.
