I wouldn't say that these gloves are suitable for winter use, unless the weather is mild. But for me, it's exactly what I needed to walk my dog on a long leash, which tends to burn my fingers as it slides fast if my pup runs unexpectedly. These gloves are meant to protect my skin from leash burn. And they certainly do. They are also beautifully made, with quality stitching. I ordered a MEDIUM, because my palms measure 19.5cm, but felt too big for my hands when I tried them. Bearing in mind that real leather will stretch with use, I contacted the seller to apologise and request an exchange for SMALL. They were very quick to respond, with an immediate refund, without the original item needed to be returned. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Can't wait for my gloves now. A very happy customer indeed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good gloves for the money... I'm happy with them. *by M***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 February 2018* I bought these gloves in January and are pretty good gloves for the money. I have worn them for brief periods of time (10 - 15 mins) in temperatures between 6C - 10C and they have kept my hands warm (obviously not the fingers). I'm not sure how they would fair in lower temperatures or for extended periods of time as I was surprised they kept my hands warm at all considering how thin they are... but they did. They also do not make your hands sweat when warn indoors when its warm. The lining is very thin but seems hard wearing and the leather is soft and the stitching appears good. While the gloves were tight at first after I wore them in they did fit my hands quite well. They seem to be quality made and arrived quickly in the stated time even though they came from Germany. The only small issue I have is that the material between the thumb and the middle finger is a little tight, but I'm hoping this will ease the more I wear the gloves in (I have had them for about a week). This might also be because I am just within the limit of the XL gloves on the size guide. It might be that the materials were sourced outside China, but the packaging shouts China loud and proud.That said, these are well-made gloves, apparently of good quality leather.
