The best investment I made for many years. Excellent teacher, a classroom full of smiles and a workout which will push you beyond your limits.

I love using these dvds & think Rudy Mettia is a great teacher - I hope some more are eventually made. Each class is different & challenging - something I will never be bored off!!!

I started this and gave up. The trainer Rudy Mettia was just too annoying - he loves the sound of his voice and it is really difficult to focus and get into a flow. I'll stick to Travis Eliot (Ultimate Yogi) and Laura Eckstrom who are both excellent and inspiring!
