I'm 52 and I've been using collagen peptides for about 2 months now. I'm very active and work out with swimming, Pilates, yoga, barre 5-6 days per week. Yes I’m a practicing none meat eater and didn’t want to loose muscle mas because I use beans as my protein but some times I don’t want to eat beans I believe after studying what would meet my needs I’m trying your product and praying that it help I just been using it 2 days and thus far I enjoy didn’t expect it to taste as good but I am pleased thank you so much
