We just received this product and I am debating on whether return it or not. I was looking for something I liked (shape, size, color) which the mugs meet my expectations. But I was also looking for something microwave safe and dishwasher safe. When I received the product, the box only has the brand, where it was made (China), and in very small print has a serial number with the words “porcelai - For coffee, tea, latte, milk”. That is all. NOWHERE on the box or on the bottom of the mug does it say microwave or dishwasher safe.With all the dumping of products and trade wars, am I just suppose to trust somebody in your marketing dept (who obviously wants to sell product) that they confirmed whether or not the product meets these requirements when it does not state it anywhere by the manufacturer? I can assume that porcelain is microwave and dishwasher safe so why do other porcelain manufacturers print such details under their mugs and on their boxes. Not sure I want to take the risk and I think I will send them back.Amazon, I would stick to writing in the product description / Features and details what the manufacturer states on their boxes and/or their product instead of giving false expectations to a customer who is searching precisely for these requirements; wasting our time in having to return these items.

These mugs give a nice size cup of coffee and because it is porcelain the coffee or tea tastes so much better. The style of these mugs remind me of the mugs my grandmother had years ago. It reminds me so much of my past. Also, these mugs go well with my dish set, which is also white.

My old coffee mug assortment broke one by one and the last one I had seemed to overheat in the microwave.I was looking for microwave safe and found porcelain which was, and tough to boot. Not US made. I wasn't up to the challenge so I went with these.Two of them are noticeably "out of round" as we say in various industries.They work good and are not prone to tipping. The black ones? Only the latter.Looking down I thought my eyeglasses rx needed checked.

Highly recommend. Have put in dishwasher over several months and no stains from tea. No cracking no problems. Beautiful simplistic style.

Very nice mugs but the handle opening is smaller than expected. Returned.

I use the mugs for coffee. they are light, hold heat well. I feel they outshine my old stone ware. Can't speak for sturdiness or durability yet as I am careful not to drop them.

Nice size, shape, and quality. Great to replace coffee cups that break.

Just right when you don't want a large cup of coffee.
