If your tired of constantly finding your pen light dead and having to go find a new one, this is a great investment. Love the changeable batteries, little larger in size than I would like.

The penlights I received didn't look like in the picture. The pupil gauge printed on the pen was partially peeled off making it look as if it's not a new materials.The most important thing is that I would like to use this penlight for patient examination but the light is white (not yellow) so I can't use them for medical purpose (the white light makes the red tissue look bluish).

Just as expected...

Very Cheaply made, their also LED so you can't use them to check someone's eyes because the light is way too intense and hurts

Hyperwhite, blue LED. Not white light. Too bright for patients and blue hue obscures proper scleral assessment.

What I needed.

Look great but after 2-3 weeks, but then the pupil size chart will fade away. The light is a purplish tint (like most LEDs) so hard to discern color such as in the conjunctiva. Good news is that it has not broken like other cheap pen lights, but I now have as a backup. I just expected better quality for the slightly higher cost compared to other penlights. My suggestion: save for the Welch Allyn or buy the 5 pack disposable with pupil size chart.
