Perfect
We needed a sword for our Monty Python and the Holy Grail costumes, and this was perfect. Touched it up with a little gold paint, since it comes silver and Excalibur should be gold. Only issue was that one handle was slightly warped, but not too noticeable.

High Density Flexible Foam?? No- and High Quality Color Coating? No. The sword looks good when you remove it from the package. It is well made if you want to hang it on the wall or something. I bought this sparkfoam sword along with a couple others for outside playtime with my son. The blade is hard-not flexible and can hurt if not careful. The color coating started coming off after the first use.

Paint chipping, pieces breaking. Costume only.
I would only recommend this sword as costume. Don't try and spar with it, Pieces will break. Also the paint will chip.

Great buy!!!
It is a great buy and perfect deal for the price! The problems with it however is the cross guard, they are flimsy but other then that I love it.

These are not LARP friendly. They are very hard. About as safe as those toy lightsabers.
