Product is just, "Okay", if that. It is difficult to get them to stay on line. They go off line frequently and for no apparent reason. When I contacted Customer Service it seemed that they were condescending and made it "not their problem" and told me to contact my IT administrator. Really? Stick with Nest. You will be much happier.

Product worked great through winter months. As soon as i turned on the air, it would blow heat instead of air. Checked wiring and everything was wired properly, but still only blew hot air. Re-installed my old thermostats and there are no issues whatsoever. If you purchase this item at an off season, ensure you check to sure both heat and air work. I am now past the return window and i'm eating 300+ dollars that i cant use.

So far,so good! The thermostats seem to work very well with tablets,, and by commands to Alexa. One must use specific dialogue, or Alexa does not respond to the command. Very nice display , giving you all the info. needed. Hope I am not being too kind, too soon.

All of the features of this thermostat and the great functionality make this a great addition to my HVAC system. Easy to install, excellent customer support, exact functions I want to see on the display, and ease of use make this a very good purchase. I am very pleased with this item. The only negative was the cost as it was higher that I expected.

Excellent packaging, fast shipping, and product does everything as advertised. We ordered 2 for our new house in Texas and are already enjoying the increased control of our temperature. Bonus that if you’re replacing another Honeywell “dumb” thermostat then the mounting screws and position are the exact same. Very reliable unit. Easy to program and flexible.The app is great and super easy to setup. Nice you can have several units or locations all on the app. Never had any issues with WiFi dropping out. If WiFi goes out or temporarily reset, the unit relinks itself. Also the unit is nice and slim, so it doesn’t stick out of the wall very far.

A lot of thought has gone into this thermostat. I have 8, and have not had any problems. Love them! So easy to program. And, 2 stage lockout is great.

Love these. It was the easiest replacement ever since the house had old Honeywell thermostats before. Great to be able to control remotely and with Alexa.
