Returned the mixer thinking the drive arm that goes into the motor case had been bent in transport as the motor case was touching the upright support at the base of the motor case when there was still a full 18mm gap at the top of the motor case. The bolts were not long enough to even start a thread. Then I ordered another similar mixer and was surprised to find exactly the same problem. The makers advise fitting the motor last, but I stripped it all down again and fitted the motor first and it went in easily. I then fitted the punched out slots circular disc at the other end to the motor and that also fitted easily. Then it was just a case of dropping the Lower Drum with Motor unit etc down onto the lower frame and tightening all Bolts.

Very pleased with this little cement mixer. It arrived very quickly without any damage. We have put it together and are using it. It's just the thing if you are laying a patio or path and don't want to strain your back by mixing the cement by hand. Excellent service from Spraytanpro. Really nice emails to enquire if the item had arrived safely and we're happy with it. You don't get I his very often so would recommend this seller very strongly.

Took quite some time to assemble, parts and instructions not quite aligned. Also, doesn't take muck more than a small DIY load, but putting all that aside it works just fine, the motor seems strong and it's certainly better than hank mixing with a board and a shovel. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

I WAS A BIT CONFUSED AT FIRST AS THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR . i PHONED SPRAYTANPRO AND THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL, THEY EMAILED ME UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS AND ALSO A PARTS LIST STATING WHICH BOLTS RELATED TO EACH STAGE OF THE BUILD. BUILT IT UP IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. IDEAL FOR WHAT I WANT, MIXING COMPOST AND FERTILISER AND.I HAVE ALREADY USED IT TWICE FOR THIS WITH 25 KG LOAD. ALSO REQUIRED A REPLACEMENT PART WHICH HAD BEEN SLIGHTLY BENT IN TRANSIT THIS ARRIVED NEXT DAY.

If I was Len I'd give it 10! I had some difficulty connecting the motor to the bowl shaft it needed a little 'sanding' but once in place worked well. I have to say the after sales experience has been one of the bast I have ever encountered (and I am 65!)

Great little mixer, delivered quickly and took about an hour to put togetherWith the legs off I managed to get this plus a wheelbarrow in the back of a polo!Used this to mix around a ton of concrete and mortar and it’s performed really well.

What a fantastic mixer for the price, can't fault it!!! Can mix a barrow full in one go....easy to assemble...purchase of the year!Seller sent immediately but Royal Mail were slow and comes in 2 boxes 10 days apart, but not sellers fault.

Nice little mixer. Took about an hour to put together, but I wasn't rushing. I've only used it once to lay a 4m2 concrete slab, but it worked perfectly. Solid build and looks like it should last a good while. Turned up promptly so cant fault the service. overall very happy with it!!
