Highly Recommended
My car went in for a MOT whilst I was away on holiday. I came back to find the battery had been drained. For some reason, the garage had flipped a button which opened the boot lid. The lid is so heavy it did not flip up and so nobody noticed the light was on in the boot. This drained the battery over the 3 weeks we were away. The battery was a top end Duracell and it was still under guarantee. The problem I needed the car and could not go to the car parts seller for 3 days. I decided to bring this charger out of storage and try and revitalise the battery before claiming on the guarantee.I got a jump start, which got me home and then I disconnected the battery and put it on charge. There are several settings you can try, fast, slow, trickle and recover. I used the recover setting, as the battery was as flat as can be. It took over 24 hours and remember this is a 3-year-old top of the range battery, but after the recover trickle charge, the battery was up and running and has not let me down.My warning is this, I tried this many moons ago on an old battery. It got it started, but never really put it back into a recovery mode. It would start the car, I could run the car, but trying to re-start it would be a hassle and I took to carry a jump start set around with me. So with this newer battery, all was OK, but it could not recover a very old battery. In these cases try it, see if it can work and if it does not, buy a new battery. This is a fantastic charger and I am happy to Highly Recommend it.

CHARGE OF THE LIGHTS BRIGADE!!
I have a Volvo XC90 which had been laid up for some time when I tried to start it up I realised the battery was as flat as a kippers dick. After some perusal I invested in this device and I am pleased to report that it not only does the job but is simple and hassle free to use. After attaching the clips to the battery and plugging into the mains, the device takes over, it first told me that the battery was indeed flat but could be recharged and then started its work and this was all done in the first minute. The sequence of lights then tells you what stage the recharge is at the procedure progresses and in my case the total time was 11.5 hours which on a huge heavy duty battery was impressive. In conclusion it does exactly what it says it will do, in the manner it says it will do it which is always very pleasing.

Excellent charger for my classic car
Excellent , lots of settings, fast, slow, trickle and recover. Beats the 20 year old charger I have. Recovered battery and holds charge now following first use. Also can be left on a classic car to keep battery in tip top condition when left for a while.

Recovered a dead battery
I bought a used car and after a couple of days of not being used the battery went flat. I was prepared to buy a new battery but was looking at £150+. My old, old battery charger had seen better days so I looked for something new a more modern. The Autoxel worked wonders, it carried out eight operations to restore the life and charge of the battery. Three months later the battery rests at 12.2 volts and starts the car every time. Recommend.

Read all labels and back of box contradicts whether waterproof.
Great little machine but in one part it says waterproof but on the back of box says. Not waterproof. So check first. Has UK plug on.

Charged battery with very clear indications.
I bought the charger to replace a similar (more expensive) charger that had failed after only thirty years or so of use. I rarely do long journeys any more. I wanted to ensure that my battery would be fully charged. When I connected this new charger it was surprising how long it took to bring my battery back up to a fully charged state. I am pleased that I bought it. My battery certainly needed it.

Used this twice now and found it easy to use and fully charged my car battery
Received sooner than stated. Used this twice now and found it easy to use and fully charged my car battery, on an Audi A1, quite quickly. It states that it is capable of charging 6v & 12v although I am using it for the 12v car battery only.
