Listed below are a few items I find to be the most invaluable:1. Automatically records all incoming and outgoing phone calls. No need to hit a record button to start recording.2. All recordings get stored to an SSD card as uncompressed WAV files. No proprietary compressed audio format used.3. Includes a USB cable which allows one to connect the AR120 device to a PC. And with the AR120 “Log Manager Lite” software installed to your Windows 10 PC it is easy to multiple select WAV recordings inside this app to Export to your PC. This eliminates the need to manually eject the SSD card from the AR120 device to manually migrate the WAV files to your PC.4. No need to store your personal phone conversation recordings onto a third-party Phone service provider server because the LeCall AR120 has a Remote feature which allows you to listen to your phone messages using a remote access code.5. You can program the number of rings it takes to trigger the AR120 answering machine recording process. This is a great feature because it allows me to bypass my online Ooma answering machine service which I set to a lower ring count.6. Great PDF User Manual documentation for both the hardware and the software.7. Great Technical Support via email.In short, this is device simplifies my life a lot. Because my work involves having very complex phone conversations with so much details it requires taking a lot of reminder notes using pen and paper. This device eliminates all of that.
