Arrived opened
Bought as a gift but it arrived opened but otherwise really good

Opened packaging and pen doesn't work
This was bought as a gift and arrived opened with the packaging thrown in with it.On trying the pen I discovered it is broken and this is not acceptable. I will attempt to have it returned and be reimbursed.

Make sure you read small print
This has been bought to add to a birthday present but make sure you read all about the description as the pack is collocated together like it's been used and then repackaged. It should be made clearer this is seconds or rejects!!
