Great Customer Support
This is my third IPCC camera but my first H264 model. I had what I thought was a problem with the PTZ function so I email the support folks on a Sunday, they got back to first thing Monday morning and we set up time to analyze the problem. The support agent was very knowledgeable and under stood the problem and help me understand with the H264 models you have to open up additional port through the router. He explained the function of each port and in addition he help with understanding a WiFi problem I was having and how to get the tools and what was needed to analyze the WiFi issue. This was helpful and he did an outstanding job, I would buy additional cameras based on support alone.

Great camera, even better technical support!
BUT - if you have any problems, you need to call 855-464-7226 and leave a message stating your problem. The voicemail greeting is very basic and led me to hangup without doing so but Dave called me right back and guided me through the connection process. My installation was unique because I am connected to a Verizon JetPak Hot Spot and not a router/cable service. However, I had an old Netgear router and used the wireless connection from my computer to connect to that and plugged the Netgear router directly into the IP camera. With that I was able to connect to my PC but my goal was to access the camera through my smart phones so Dave walked me through the process which is not easily spelled out in the User Manual. Without his help I likely would have struggled to navigate this. The User Manual is too technical for most users but very detailed. A great improvement would be to include a clear reference to needing to download the CamHI app from the App Store to your smart phone - I can't find any reference to it in the User Manual but Dave walked me through that part too. Very high quality camera and worth the price yet the technical support was invaluable!

Good product for the price range
This camera finally fulfills what I have been looking for in a lower priced PTZ camera. Although I could have never got it running without the help of support person Dave. With his help this camera does an amazing job for the price. The picture is crystal clear and the function, just in Wifi state, does well.The only problem I have with the camera is that I could not have set it up by myself without help and the zoom could be better for me at 10x plus, but that would have come with a larger price tag.

Really liked this camera at first
Really liked this camera at first, Unfortunately after a week or two in service the Pan/Tilt function (not zoom) failed to work, also the automatic IR cut failed, I can manually turn off B/W nighttime vs Color Daytime through settings, but it no longer switches automatically. So now I have a fixed camera that I keep in Black and White.

Not happy. Spent 1 hour setting camera up 2 times ...
Not happy. Spent 1 hour setting camera up 2 times thinking i clicked chinese language the first time. I reset to default and set up again.It makes you set the camera up via LAN to give it access to the wireless network. I went through the process of setting it up and unplugged it from the LAN and connected to the camera wirelessly. When i was connected to the camera via wireless it was in chinese but all of my settings were still there but it the subject bars were all in chinese. I called and to my surprise there was no one there. Sent emails and even tried the online chat and once again no luck. I tried to find literature on it in forums and no success.

This is a great camera. I'm not so sure what the reviewer was saying as to why he gave this so low a score. I have been in touch with the support team over at IPCam Central and they have always been very responsive and patient as I own a few of these cameras at different levels and they all perform flawlessly.This camera is considered a mid-tier residential/small business level camera. As far as wireless cameras go, this one really has great features and I would rate the software/firmware and the ONVIF compatibility as 100% perfect. Very easy to setup if you have some knowledge of these cameras, if you are new to PTZ, seek out some YouTube videos and or some articles, give yourself the gift of knowing what you need before you buy.The web interface is pretty standard for a camera that is made in China. All things considered, the interface was extremely easy to use, hence my comment by the reviewer who clicked the wrong button on startup...lol. I use Blue Iris...but to be honest, for smaller setups get a POE+ NVR, connect your POE cameras and sit back and catch the bad guys, or just watch your turtle and lizard while at school as part of a science project, either way, this camera is great, the PTZ is crisp and quick, presets are easy to set and easy to mess up if you have never used a PTZ before, lol.So in my opinion this is a solid camera, at this price point there is nothing else that comes close and their support team has always been there within a 24 hr period and most times MUCH sooner and they will even remote in and fix problems for me during installs. As a matter of fact I was on the phone with them earlier today and they were helping me solve an unrelated problem with Blue Iris which is not even their software.I have a another review I am going to do on the new IPCC-7210E HDPro POE that I just got a couple days ago.Anyways, the good...pull the trigger. Great buy,but beware the Internet Explorer Interface............If you speak English, CLICK on English...hahahaha....all in good fun, but still that review should win an award...lol

... for over 3 years and I am still very happy with them
I am using the IPCC-7210W cameras for over 3 years and I am still very happy with them. This is a great camera and the support is excellent. Always helpful and supportive and works to ensure your success and satisfaction.

Great camera, Great value.
I have three of these cameras and have been very happy with them. They have a lot of features for the price but the documentation makes some of them difficult to access. Once you figure it out, they are great. If you have any issues, their tech support is VERY GOOD.
