Prior to today I had given this product five stars. I loved everything about it. I could bend it or shape it in any direction I wanted, to get the angle for viewing videos on my phone or iPad. That was until today when I went to bend it to a new position and the thing snapped in half making it completely useless after 6 months of intermediate use. It was a great concept but they need to make it from something that won't wear down after you bend it numerous times, which is what you do with this item. Anyhow you might want to look elsewhere, this one won't hold up.

I love this thing. I use it to watch shows off of my phone until I sleep. I could use my TV, but I don't like it as much. The excess bluelight emitted from the TV tricks my brain into keeping me awake. My phone has a bluelight filter, so I can watch my shows and still fall asleep at a reasonable time. I would advise anyone who uses electronics before bed and has trouble falling asleep to research bluelight.Regardless, this mount is great. It is a little stiff and hard to work with when it first arrives, but you just need to break it in. I have it mounted to my night stand adjacent to my bed. I can lay flat in my bed and my phone will hang right above my face. It is great. It actually works so good, I can almost never make it through a full 30 minute episode without falling asleep. I am not sure how it would work with a heavier tablet, but for a phone I would definitely recommend this product.

The neck is very long and does not flex well. This is a good and versatile IF the neck would flex easier. I understand it needs to be stiff, but not to the point where you can hardly bend it. I had a hard time putting it back in the box. I also found that the holder is pretty tight to the point where I was wondering if it would break my phone. The clamp works well on straight edges, but my nightstand has a lip, and it does not mount well on it. I'm going to send it back and get a different one.

This thing is amazing and is so convenient and easy to use! First of all you can't go wrong with the price. Second it is so useful! It fits both my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) and my tablet (Amazon Fire HD 10!). My wife and I have both really enjoyed just laying back watching movies while relaxing in bed. This totally helps so neither of us have to try to hold the tablet at a good angle all while our arms are falling asleep. We can just sit back and enjoy the show! I absolutely recommend this for everyone! I love this thing! Truly money well spent!I also attached some pictures of the holder attached to my desk - it works great there as well!

Well made but extremely cumbersome. I got it for my wife's iPad but it didn't comfortably fit into the bracket. We could get it in there but it was a bit of a struggle and once in, it was really odd to get into position. Maybe this could work better with a smaller device but it's size and stiffness seem better suited for a device of larger size and weight.

VERY difficult to adjust. Nearly impossible to get it in the position I want it in.Just too stiff.

The flexibility is difficult & hard to move around , if you have a case a little thick, it won’t work. Ipad only work without case. I hate to send it back cause the shipping cost almost the price I paid for this. I wish they can make the holders could be bit wider

I could not believe how sturdy and well made this unit is and how it stays right where you place it. The best part is that is has a discreet profile that makes it blend into the background.Highly recommend this item as one of the best that I have seen during my research.
