Good construction quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly in A&D machine *by K***L on May 21, 2026* My aunt got a new blood pressure monitor, after 30 years with her last one, and it was the A&D brand. The cuff it comes with is too large for her frail arm, so I bought a generic small cuff and it would not work. Had to return it. Found this one with the same brand as the machine for just a few bucks more than the generic one. It comes with two adapters, and I needed to switch it to the other one. It was pretty darn hard to pull the adapter out. My aunt wouldn't have been able to do it. When I finally got it switched, it plugged right in and worked without a hitch.
