My daughters birthday was 30th March, the week after lockdown started, meaning her party was cancelled & she couldn't have her horse riding lessons, part of her present, so I needed a present she'd love & for it to arrive quickly. I saw the personalised hoody & knew she'd love it & took a chance on the hoody arriving in time... Thankfully it arrived with days to spare. She loves it!The colours are great and contrast well & the design is perfect too. One happy birthday girl & she's still happy 8 weeks later :)The horse confetti was a nice touch too - thank you :D

Wonderful customer service from the company. They emailed me to check the sizing I had requested, advised and helped me find the right size. The hoodie is lovely and my daughter is very happy!

I was advised the item wouldn't be delivered until 27thDecember after Christmas it actually arrived on the 19th well in time for Christmas I was so pleased I emailed luv ponies to thank them I had a lovely email back wishing me and my Granddaughter who the gift was for a happy Christmas wonderful service Thank you everyone especially as the item had to be customised with her name as well

Very nice quality but was enormous and couldn't change it as had my friends name printed on it.
