I don't think using the adhesive in the shower is the best thing to do because over time, the humidity will weaken it and eventually, the speaker will fall. I know about these adhesives failing due to a shower rack almost falling down! 😦 I have a window in my bathroom and I use the stand to make it stay. Another option could be propping it up somewhere. I hope you can find a solution.
