**Q: The dispenser doesn’t foam up, it only spits out bits of the soap. The liquid soap has ben properly diluted. Any suggestions?**
A: It’s trial and error but I found is you just add small amounts of water until it starts to deliver foam soap, it takes patience ok

**Q: When I screw the lid down it won't dispense properly. When I open it and just rest it on top it works perfectly. Can anyone help?**
A: Ok found on the end of the tube there is a bung, take that out and then make sure your soap to water ratio is right which I found is trial and error (about 60/40% ratio 👍

We now have two of these, simple to use, just charge, fill and then select the amount of liquid soap to dispense. Charge lasts about 2 months, (we have 1 in the kitchen and one in bathroom, so is being used all day everyday) holds about 300ml of liquid soap. Touch free so no worry about cross contamination of germs ect. Recommended
