I usually never write reviews but I had to for this product. I have two dogs from different breeders. One has always been soft and doesn’t shed. The other dog sheds a lot and had course feeling hair. The overwhelming shedding was the reason for the purchase. They both have been taking this product for about a month now. They have no problem taking it, they think it’s a treat. My husband, who doesn’t notice changes quickly, said how he noticed how soft the dogs coat was getting. That she was almost as soft as the other now. I had noticed the same, and I have seen much less shedding. AMAZING PRODUCT! So worth the money.

Within a week, my Maltese had 100% improved skin. She had slight dandruff that was showing up on her pink belly. It is completely gone. Great product.

This is the 2nd bottle I've purchased. It's been about 3 months since starting our Beagle on these, and there has been a huge change in her skin and coat. She was constantly scratching, her skin had a lot of irritation, and she had a bald spot she licked constantly. After 2-3 weeks we noticed that the scratching had decreased significantly. It has continued to decrease to maybe 5% of what it was. For us, that is a miracle. She's happier. We're happier. Her skin looks so much healthier. It is much smoother than it was. Her fur has grown back and looks great.As far as the vitamin, she ate it right away. It looks like a dog vitamin, doesn't smell particularly offensive, like some of them do, and she loves it like a regular treat. At 11 years old, and knowing her preferences, I was pleasantly surprised by this.Recently we started our Basset Hound on these as well. She loves the taste of them also. She doesn't have many skin problems, other than occasional dry skin dry, and massive amounts of shedding. Now, her skin looks great. The dry skin has cleared up completely. Her shedding has decreased minimally. Not sure how effective this is at reducing shedding though.Overall, I am very pleased with this product. I'm on the frugal side, which is why I started only the Beagle on it initially. I still feel like it is rather expensive, hence the 4 star rating, (along with the shedding). But I will continue to spend the money as long as my dogs continue to get relief.

My dog has had terrible dandruff, and we had been giving him salmon oil, but it did nothing. I bought these chews on a whim. The difference within even the first week of taking these was amazing—no dandruff, shiny coat, and it seems there is less shedding. He eats it as he would a treat.

Omega 3 was recommended by my vet, didn't expect his coat and skin to show so much improvement in the first week. He eats the chews and has no issues.

They must have changed the formula for these. I have been buying this product for a long time as it worked well for the hair coats on both my Shetland Sheepdog and my Collie, and they would willingly eat them like they would eat any dog treat. However, upon opening a bottle from my most recent shipment, I noticed that the tablets not only are smaller and darker in color, but they smell like a pile of dead fish. My dogs are not picky eaters at all, but they immediately turn away from these, as do I. The smell is really horrific and lingers on my fingers. I can't even hide the tablets in their food. They pick out everything and leave the tablets in their bowls. In my 40+ years of owning dogs, I have never had such a thing happen. I will no longer be buying this product.
