Never works. Not worth it.
Always says it's offline when the wifi, and everything else using the wifi, are fine. The kids never understand what I'm saying, so no point in talking through it. I don't recommend this product! Cloud storage never works with it either. We have an epileptic son and it constantly loses connection, failing to record at night. SD card always wants formatted after I take it from the camera, so I never get to see the footage. I would rather give this a 0 star.

Not reliable
Didn't even last a year. Camera went out. Would not connect to wifi even though the rest of the house connected well. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. Loved it when I got it but just not built for any longevity.
