I used to work with the german vintage wanut grinders machines for the german cakes and I am surprised to find out that this one works as well(even better)However the size of this one is too small you have to fill it up too often to do 2lb of grated walnuts.The great positive (better than the german made) is that you can vacum placed it anywhere on a smooth surface and the fact that is brand new (the drum has no oxidation or corrosion and is very sharp too.Benoni
