Product is as described. Arrived earlier than expected, worked very well as expected. Though music always starts from beginning each time car is turned on, wished that wasn't the case. But overall its satisfactory amd deserves 5 stars.

Bad volume
The radio was good it just every time I turn on my car the volume on the radio goes to the full volume

No Apple Car Play
I purchased this replacement radio because it was an exact fit, plug and play with Apple Car Play. First off it isn’t Plug and Play. I corrected the pins in the wiring harness, it worked and looked awesome, I continued with the installation. Buttoned everything up just to find out it is an Android only radio. Not impressed and very disappointed for wasting a weekend installing it. I attached a few pictures with a little scratch pad of the wiring for my 2009 Smart Fortwo that it is supposed to be prewired for. If anyone would like it for the Android version.

No customer service contact info in listing..
Customer service contacted me after I placed a 0 star rating. Would not power on for me. Wiring harness is incorrectly wired. I revised rating as customer service contacted me offering a solution. Couldn't figure out they're suggestion but followed the rewiring suggestion of 1 star reviewer (Soaptaster) which solved the problem. Radio is very nice looking, sounds very good and so far features seem to work. Need to ask them for an electronic manual after purchase.

Radio does not power on
The pin out is incorrect and I am trying to acquire the right tools to unpin and repin for power.Unsatisfactory in this day and age to receive a product that is not correctly built.

Great upgrade to my vehicle
This is a quality double din Apple CarPlay system for my older C300. It’s fairly simple to install and is quick to do so with any professional help. The fit is good and the sound is great! Now, I’ve got to update my speakers!!

It doesn’t have a time zone for the USA and the volume resets to like 30 when you turn the car off then start it again
