This thing is awesome.
I've always thought about a product like this. Except never knew someone actually manufactures it lol. For the price, I had to try it out. I bought 2 just in case someone else in my family might think it useful. First, it's not that easy to bend it in a smooth curve like in the picture. But it does what it claims to do. It's a bit of hassle to install my Galaxy Note 8. The headphone jack actually gets covered by one of the sides. So I have to install it off center. But it still works well. I mainly use it lying down supine and watching Netflix with my Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headphone. Quite comfy as long as my wife doesn't wake up and start yelling "Sleep." Anyway, a word of caution, if you watch the phone in a dark room, because the bright screen light will conract the pupil, you'll literally see black around the screen. Don't forget to have some light if you think you might have to getup and walk to the bathroom while watching a movie. You'll literally be blinded periphery of the phone.

He actually uses it!
First off, I need to tell you all that this was bought as a joke for my husband. He had mentioned, in a humorous manner, that he needed one so he could watch Youtube without having to hold his phone. So, being a good wife, I got on Amazon and ordered my manly man of a husband the aqua colored holder and waited for his gift to arrive. It arrived and I presented the package to him telling him it was a gift I thought he could use. He opened the box and after a bit of laughter, he actually put it together and used it! It has now been 6 months, and I have to laugh every time I see him sporting his aqua colored phone holder while he's kicked back in the recliner. He's said on numerous occasions that it is the best gift he's ever gotten (I think that may be a bit sad on my part. Haha!) and that it has come in handy so he go handsfree watching his videos. It's been a bit over 6 months now and he's still enjoying it. The only thing I've heard him mention was that he wished it was a bit longer so he could adjust it more. Other than that, he seems completely happy with this order!

Yes. Buy it
I love this! I would give it a 5 star except for one thing. It should be just a bit longer. I had cataract surgery and need to use reading glasses . I can adjust the angle to be higher up, by bending it until it is higher up . But in the other hand you can turn the entire unit around and not put it around your neck and just rest it on you as you sit in your recliner the bendability is just right. Any easier and it would hold its shape. I have a thick KoolKase cover with thick end bumpers. Just makes it to fit. The ends of the phone gripper could have been a bit bigger to make it easier to snap it in. I also have a pop socket which is part of the problem it a thin PS, I’d you have the more common thick ones I don’t believe it willl fit .Over. I’m happy and would recommend Better than dropping your phone on your face when you fall asleep😹!

Great as a standalone holder, not just for wearing
This thing is great. I am back 3 years later to buy some for gifts. I use it regularly, and it shows no signs of wearing out. Wire part is long and bendable but stiff. You can make it sit on any surface. Add in the swivel, and there is no position you cannot put your phone at. I often bend it in an L shape, slide the L under a couch cushion, and read on my side, lying on the couch. To read on my side in bed, I just bend it into a sort of tripod shape. Same on the kitchen counter while cooking. Actually I hardly ever put it around my neck. Grip is great. I have an iPhone 7, so no jack. All buttons and charger port are accessible. Best $10 I ever spent!

Watch YouTube... without You holding the device
This little thing has been an arm saver. No more arguing in bed about who's going to hold the phone to watch videos before we go to bed. We just take turns wearing it (it's surprisingly comfortable, yet a little awkward) each night.I would definitely recommend someone to purchase a device like this, however I wish that the phone holder was less "slippery" as with my case on my phone tends to slip out of it fairly easily. Also, the padding on the neck part is a very welcome feature, but if you plan on wearing this while laying down for a long time, try stretching out the sides because the weight of your phone will make it dig into your neck/head and make it uncomfortable after a long period of time. Just some simple readjustments will make it much more comfortable.

Works for me.
I bend it and angle it based on how I'm sitting. The swivel feature helps a lot. I use it as a stand on tables, on my lap or I use pillow or my leg to hold it in place. It depends ..if im on a couch or in bed. I will not ever be putting it around my neck as other people mentioned ut caused neck pain. But I love it anyway because my galaxy s9+ is way too big and heavy to hold in my hands for extended periods. I like to sit it on my nightstand to have movies playing when I have trouble sleeping but I don't want the big bright TV turned on. I let my movies play as I lay comfortably my side and I get lulled right to sleep.

great GIFT! Feels like great
MUST HAVE, great GIFT! Feels like great, lasting quality. THIS INVENTION CAN HELP SOOO MANY PEOPLE with diverse ability issues, and save a zillion-many phones from injury due to 'falls' (LOL), for all peoples... AS LOW AS under $9 on Amazon, I did some research and found a $20 one was identical to the $9... ALSO, the two I bought were identical except for a piece of red padding, and BOTH could accommodate an iPad mini, but only one said it could hold that size... I use it for hands-free, 'centered' relaxation-breaks for YouTubes for meditation/hypnosis... feel it is truly great for our elders, also, as HOLDING a phone/tablet for FaceTime with relatives is a hassle at best and wiggly to total annoyance.. Sorry to infringe on anyone's original earnings parade, so please support the seller you wish, but this is a MUST HAVE, and seems especially helpful when doing diverse DIY projects w/YouTube assistance... thx you inventors and manufacturers, BRILLIANT! oxoxo

I like it because help your hands to rest and stays ...
I like it because help your hands to rest and stays a little high, you do not need to look down too much; helps your spine a little. Stays where you can read without holding your cell phone with your handsThe holder is a little hard but that is OK because you need to keep it in place anyway .., needs to be firm any place you want to put it.I like that the Cell phone attaches very good and firm.
