This wrist mala is strung using carnelian beads and one turquoise bead. Carnelian is a stone of action; known for aiding in manifestation, courage, clarifying goals, and overcoming abuse. Carnelian resonates with the solar plexus chakra, sacral chakra, and the root/base chakra. Turquoise dissipates negative energy, protects the wearer from outside influences/pollutants, and aids in absorption of nutrients. Turquoise resonates with the throat chakra. Both the carnelian and turquoise beads measure approximately 8mm each; however, the size of the beads may vary slightly due to their handmade nature.

Only good for small wrist size
This bracelet is a little too tight. It could probably use About 2 more beads. I have a very small wrist and it fits me snug. Unfortunately I had purchased it as a gift for somebody that I am pretty sure his wrist isn’t as small as mine so I don’t know if I’ll give it to her or not

It is the right size for my wrist which is in the smaller end, but I can feel it can stretch more. The quality is good, both stones look and feel real. Love the combination of colors. I have own it for a while now. It has not diminished in quality at all. I would recommend it to a friend.
