The bathroom had all new plumbing put in and the shower had a fashionable rain style shower head. It looked nice, but we also had NO water pressure and while we have piping hot water in the rest of the house out of our brand new combi boiler, the water in the shower was lukewarm, at best. The water was warmish, then cool and it would regularly fade to cold. It was awful. We were thinking that we'd have to get new all new shower kit and I dithered about what kind of new mixer handle to get because new top-of-the line shower heads and mixer valves were going to cost about Β£300, including the plumber. I did some online searches and this particular shower head was mentioned several times across multiple forums, so I looked on Amazon and thought for Β£11 we can try it out without any loss while I figured out the lukewarm water problem.Anyway, this did the trick for both problems! We have reasonable pressure (not super hard pressure, but then we live in an area with low pressure mains), but we don't have to run around in the shower to get wet, either. And the water is a lot hotter! I don't know why a smaller head would effect the mixer valve, but it does. Water is now a steady temperature and it's much, much warmer and the pressure is very good. This shower head did the trick and saved us quite a bit of money. ### ⭐ Too flimsy and too plasticy, very poor quality *by M***S on 25 April 2023* Too flimsy and too plasticy, very poor quality. Definitely doesn’t worth Β£12.99. I didn’t like it, so,I had to return back. But the seller deducted Β£4.03 from the purchase price and refunded only Β£8.96. Bad seller.Not recommended at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super shower head. *by A***T on 29 December 2016* Replacement for bigger monsoon shower head that dripped a lot. This one doesn't, but still gives you a good drenching for a fast shower without using too much water.
