Tough enough to last
These mufflers have a hollow throaty kind of barrel sound to them. They are solid enough to stand on so no tinny blatting noise will come from them. They use thick welds and are worth the money.

They are good value. I put these on a 5
They are good value. I put these on a 5.0 HO in a 69 Mustang with 2.5" true dual exhaust through an x pipe. I don't really like the sound. It's loud, which is good, but it drones quite a bit at almost every speed. Compared to the flowmaster chambered mufflers (their direct competitor) these do not sound as good.As far as quality, they are top notch. I plan to move these from the Mustang over to my 5.3 Avalanche.
