Great flavor! I would say add less water because if you put the recommended amount it taste watered down. It does keep you full for a couple hours!

Tastless, Get ISO 100 Instead
I usually buy ISO 100 Chocolate Peanut Butter, which is delicious. Decided to try this brand. I can barely taste the flavor. Horrible. Will stick with ISO 100.
