Easy to install if your door having universal holesVery convenient and the application is very user friendlyLittle issues but you can live with it- auto lock doesn’t distinguish between open or closed door so lock can be activated while door is opened and you need to unlock it manually- you can’t set up password without internet near to the door

Disconnecting from wifi every time wifi restarts
Loosing wifi signals every time wifi restarts. I did complaint. They must issue some software update that it reconnects and recognise previous wifi when wifi goes offline and comes back.

Older version delivered (E110)
I ordered a C210 a couple of weeks ago. I liked it so then ordered another one by selecting ‘buy again’. This time they sent a E110. I’m frustrated because this is an old version to the C120 advertised, and the other that I received.
