I decided to retire my old 13.5tog feathered quilt I've had for over 10 years and paid well over £200.I needed a feathered quilt to replace it and shopped around for a top quality quilt for a few weeks. This 1 a 50% White Goose Feather & 50% Down Duvet 13.5 Tog Insert 300T 100% Cotton Fabric. Fit my dream quilt.Unwrapped it and left it to air out for 48 hours. Yes it did have a smell to it but not noticable now. Put my quilt cover on it and used it lastnight. I have to say it was amazing. Nice and warm and just the right amount of weight on my legs. I have problems with cold feet in the early hours of the morning. With this quilt I had no such issues. Slept soundly from 10pm till 8am. 1 of the best nights sleep I've had in years and have to say it was amazing.For the price of £48.79 it's a bargain. RRP says £69.99 so with 30% off 25/01/2024 its a bargain.I'll gave this quily 5-5. I should give it 10-10 it's that good.Very happy with the quality. The stitching around the edging is amazing. The stitching in the box sections is great quality.I'm 1 very happy customer who is looking for this quilt to give me plenty of good nights sleep for years to come.100% Recmended for sure.

This product isn't too warm and it's very comfy. 1 month after use and I definitely feel sharps pricking me nightly, although it isn't like a million of them - they are still there.Zero smells when unwrapping, and it's relatively quite light.I bought the king size for my double bed, and I'm very happy with my size choice.Would 100% recommend

I bought this single duvet for my kid. She like its lightweight and warm. It looks in great quality and is the right size that fits well her bed. There is no smell and no feather coming out. The stitching is very good. I actually do have a John Lewis one that always coms out the feathers which is very annoying. So far so good.

I bought this as a replacement for our superking 3 year old feather/down duvet which very rarely shed a feather. With this new duvet when it arrived it was lovely and soft, quite plump and kept us lovely and warm in bed.A couple of months later...Changing the duvet cover weekly for washing has become such a chore as tiny feathers are everywhere, covering literally the whole bedroom floor. Inside the duvet cover has to be turned inside out to empty it of feathers before washing as they where blocking our washing machine filter. The duvet is now half the size that it was and is considerably lighter and flatter due to so much feather/down loss.I really couldn't recommended this duvet, I imagine it might do for another few months over the summer but it wouldn't be good enough for another winter.Our last "cheaper" duvet lasted 3 years or slightly more I doubt this will last less than a year. We really are so disappointed with the quality of this duvet. I would recommend spending the extra money and buying a brand named duvet as this duvet really is not worth the money or hassle of cleaning up after it.

After reading some good reviews and usually purchasing a down duvet every few years have been disappointed with this one. It doesnt fluff up and the pockets when held up to the light look half empty they could do with a lot more filler to make this plumper and then perhaps it would fit the duvet covers better instead even after a few weeks of shaking and hoping it would "plump up" it still stayed fairly flat and didnt fill out the covers so had loose cover overhangs even though they were the correct size for the duvet. We also found it heavy.Its losing feathers each time we change the cover and these are prickly when they poke through the cover.I have now purchased (for the first time ever) a non down/feather duvet and it is lovely light, plump and cosy. Airmax Silentnight.

Been searching high and low for this 50/50 duvet within my price bracket. Arrived compact and airtight which meant it nerds to breathe and expand prior to use.There was no horrible smell on opening and it fluffed up beautifully. This is so snuggly and warm but lightweight which aids quality of sleep and my husband loves it as much as I do. It states you can wash in a large machine and I hope that the quality it presents is maintained because it looks so well made. Everything from order to delivery to use has been perfect.
