A vertical surface with the adhesive pad at the back. Prevents water from collecting in the handle, so helping to prolong the life of the brush. Measures 75 mm height by 22 mm neck. It's a good shaving brush stand would have been 5 🌟 but product not as described as picture shows the cut out were brush sits has a Chamfer on the edge brush would sit better that way that's why 4 star given
