God Bless =D ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely bracelet *by E***M on 13 November 2019* Great bracelet but the magnets fell out of mine. ### ⭐ Very Disappointed *by P***Y on 18 July 2022* Very poor quality. This Bracelet lost it's lustre in one day, started to lose it's colour and turn black after only four days, and after contacting the supplier after ony having the Bracelet four days "as Amazon's page said it's a none returnable item" and explaining that the Bracelet had lost it lustre in one day and that it had not come into contact with any chemicals, Abrasives or been subjected to any misuse and providing a photo, Mnb emailed me explaining that they like to think they provide a 5 star service and they were sorry I was experiencing problems and discolouration could occur to my skin "which wasn't an issue or mentioned in my complaint to them" and went on to mention skin, atmospheric conditions and chemicals could have an adverse effect on the bracelet and that I should wash it. As I was not happy with Mnb's reply to my complaint I contacted Amazon's Customer Service Department and informed them what I'd written to Mnb and their reply, and said I felt I was being fobbed off with mumbo jumbo and explained I would have expected at least a replacement or refund, who agreed with my comments and immediately without any hesitation said they would issue a refund and to put the bracelet in the bin.
