Bought some back from Portugal last year but run out. Glad to be able to still order them online. Taste great and saves so much time and money in preparing your own shellfish stock.

We live on an island, yet seafood is rare! Not being sold in the UK is crazy. Stock tastes great, although I would never use only this as basis for a completed broth.

Use one (or more) cube(s) when preparing your dishes: if stew/boiled put in water and let it dissolve; otherwise ground manually into chunks and add to meal while being prepared (spread uniformly).
