Review: Perfect for beginners and more advanced players. - When my fourteen year old granddaughter chose her options this year she chose music as one of them and flute as the instrument she wishes to learn so after a lot of looking and comparing reviews I brought her this one for her recent birthday and she is over the moon with it. I am impressed by the quality of both the flute and it's protective case as well as the included cleaning kit and gloves. The case is very well padded to protect your flute and it has the ability for a small padlock to be added for extra security, it has strongly stitched handles and a shoulder strap. The flute was simple to put together and the included instruction sheet was very helpful for showing my granddaughter where to place her hands and how to make a sound from her flute, it also showed the finger positions for each note that she will learn. Although my house sounded like a snake charmers on her birthday the sound quality was good and not "tinny" and certainly not annoying or aggravating. My granddaughter is small for her age but could still comfortably hold the flute and didn't need to stretch her fingers too much to play it. This is a very well priced flute that is of a high quality and perfect for both absolute beginners or more advanced players, highly recommended.

When my fourteen year old granddaughter chose her options this year she chose music as one of them and flute as the instrument she wishes to learn so after a lot of looking and comparing reviews I brought her this one for her recent birthday and she is over the moon with it. I am impressed by the quality of both the flute and it's protective case as well as the included cleaning kit and gloves. The case is very well padded to protect your flute and it has the ability for a small padlock to be added for extra security, it has strongly stitched handles and a shoulder strap. The flute was simple to put together and the included instruction sheet was very helpful for showing my granddaughter where to place her hands and how to make a sound from her flute, it also showed the finger positions for each note that she will learn. Although my house sounded like a snake charmers on her birthday the sound quality was good and not "tinny" and certainly not annoying or aggravating. My granddaughter is small for her age but could still comfortably hold the flute and didn't need to stretch her fingers too much to play it. This is a very well priced flute that is of a high quality and perfect for both absolute beginners or more advanced players, highly recommended.
