Great for healing piercings!
I bought these a year ago since I was having an issue with reoccurring piercing bumps, best decision I made for my piercing! I tried all the materials and types of nose rings, this is the only one that has given me zero issues. It barely moves, leaving no more irritation bumps for me. It has stayed in for the whole year i had it. Only issue is taking it out is a pain, close to impossible, but that’s typical with labret rings lol. And putting it in can be difficult, especially if your piercing is swollen, but I promise it’s worth it. I definitely recommend to anyone who has a piercing that is having a difficult time healing.

Not Useable
Good variety of bar lengths but the gems do not screw on.

They're ok
They came in good shape. I bought a mix length bag because I wanted to see what size jewelry would be best for my piercings. I have 2 helix and 2 lobe piercings right now (I will pierce my ears more) and standard earrings which are usually 6mm or 8mm long are too tight on my ear and I was having trouble healing my helix piercings because of that. This mix bag is perfect to find the right size length for your piercings but the inserts are quite fragile. The post is fine but you have to slightly bend the insert for a snug fit. Only bend ONCE and don't over bend because I messed up and bent it twice and it snapped. So now one ear lobe has a 3mm jewel and the other has a 4mm jewel. For the price $12 it's fine, I really only bought these so I could find the correct sizes for my piercings before buying expensive jewelry to replace it.

Bend them!
I too was an idiot. The center piece falls out, I thought they were defective. Then I looked at the instructions. Bend them slightly and they fit perfectly. I’ve swam, showered, and slept in them without issues. They are also still easy to change. And I figure if I lose one at this point they were cheap and came with a lot. They don’t bother my ears, fit snug (once you bend the thin center pole), and are comfortable. These are a win.

Excellent buy all around!
I love these!! The backs are the same size as standard labret studs whilst the Medusa stud I originally had was much smaller. It only took a few minutes to get used to the size difference before I didn’t even realize it was there. They’re quite comfortable. The array of sizes are perfect; the longest being perfect for getting pierced and the smaller ones for after the healing process is completed. Or they can be used for many other piercing places (ears, lips, etc). The quality of the pins are great. After you slightly bend the pin just a tiny bit it stays in the tube of the stud really well. It very sturdily constructed. One of my favorite things about these is that the jewels come in a variety of sizes so changing the look of the piercing is great.I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a simple to use, elegant piercing!

Perfect for philtrum, earring backs and nose
I love these! If you are a beginner and have never had a piercer show you how to use these, allow me to help you. You push it in half way and barely bend it, the second you feel it move stop, it should be the smallest arch, not bent.I attached a photo for reference, but once it's arched push it straight in. If it's secure you're good to go; if you bend it too much it won't work and could snap. Once you have it secured, pull it straight out and put the piercing in. It has to have a small arch in the center to secure it. I use the different sizes for my ears, philtrum and here soon my nose one I get it pierced. These are beautiful pieces and the material is high quality. 20g is for your ears and the flatbacks are more comfortable than traditional 'butterfly' backs. If you have already bought these and are having problems getting them to stay in, go to your local piercer and they will show you how to use them.
