Very short life
I was excited to purchase this doorbell as I have many salespeople at my door. I live alone and rarely answer. I have done my research, which makes me more frustrated that this doorbell received great reviews at first. My son, (very handy) installed it easily and hooked it up to my iphone. I loved the fact that while I was at work I was able to watch packages being delivered. The sensitivity needed to be adjusted several times. A bird flying by, rising sun and leaves blowing by were some things that set the doorbell to ring. (a nuisance at work) But adjustments were made. By the time I thought we had the settings right, it stopped working. My son (has a larger honey do list at my house than his own) unhooked it and re-installed it again, but to no avail. Now I will be looking for another, spending more money and hoping for better luck.

Batteries die in a week
Not a bad camera and has decent features but batteries die (without any notification) in only a week or so. I'll leave the locking screw off because batteries must be replaced every week. Maybe I'll get lucky and someone will steal it.

Not worth the money or headache
Don't waste your money on this. During the day camera is great but at night it's a whole different world. The app Tosee is terrible and takes forever to load. Controls are bad and lags a lot. Terrible app that makes you want to either return it or smash it.

Works great and does what is advertised. Really like the door bell and highly recommended this product. Was missing the screw to hold the door bell to the wall mount

Doesn't automatically record when someone sets off the sensor. You have to open the app, click on the image, then wait for it to connect. Then, you can decide to record if you want. I thought this would have recorded automatically until the memory ran out.

CRAP !!
This is a piece of crap !!!!! Expensive but really low scale device that wont work half the time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS !!!!

The reason for the 2nd star is the picture is amazing when it does work
It's always dead. You have to replace the batteries every other day. It broke the latch off because we had to take it apart so many times to put batteries in.The reason for the 2nd star is the picture is amazing when it does work.
