Very poor quality. Brush head cracked. Battery will not hold charge. Will not work on 12v.Could not get through to Monster Group.

Looks good but poor quality,battery life is short and when you charge it there is no indication that it is fully charged so you can over charge,wheels fall off and hose rubbish quality.worse of all after sales don't want to know .i had to send mine back,had such difficult time getting my money back I had to ask Amazon for help who may I say were brilliant

Crap
Rubbish, came with a leak that had to be fixed. Battery fully charged but as soon as it is moved it ceases to function. Had it almost a year before it was put into use although it was charged monthly in the interim. Not happy, waiting for a reply from retailer, if none is forthcoming I will be contacting Amazon.
