It was holding me really firm however I the small was way too small. I’m 170lbs

So I am young and an avid gym goer but have what I consider to be “grandma knees”. It was inhibiting my progress in the gym because while my legs could stand the heavier my load, my knees would ache and pop like I had osteoporosis. I stretch and work on my knees often via band extensions but needed the extra help and support the sleeves give me. They truly provide such great stability and support. I sized down for a “tight fit” but slightly regret it, as I have to fight to put them on and probably look stupid at the gym jumping and rolling the sleeves up, but I love the effect so much I don’t mind.

I love it. I've had two knee surgeries and it was hard finding a brace that provides that tightness and grip that I like for my own safety. I would recommend.
