I think this is a very good camera.. I have used it for three months and it performs flawlessly .. I use the analog format so I can not speak to it's ability to function with different hd DVR formats... but it certainly is smart to have a camera that is that versatile.... I do know that the night vision is top notch compared to my other cameras....the day time color is passable, but I am displaying about 5 or 6 hundred lines of analog output on a 7 in. Hd monitor..There could be a handful of reasons the colors flicker a bit in sunlight....great camera for the money.....

I had an issue with the order and when I reported it, they immediately shipped another unit. The camera is phenomenal quality for the price point and I will probably order more of them. The customer service has been great and I appreciate the fact that they made it right.

Crystal clear image during the day, excellent color rendition, and works well at night, with powerful IR illumination. I have other cameras in a different brand, and their IR range is not as far as this one. By the way, when I first installed this particular camera, the image kept breaking up, and I thought I had a bad camera, but it turned out to be a bad cable. Some brands of cable are more susceptible to interference than others, especially with the longer runs. So if your image breaks up, don't assume it's the camera. Try swapping cables with a camera that is not breaking up.

I switched my system to completely HD, the SECRT is by far the best quality of all my cameras. The night vision is unbelievable, the quality of images are the best of all my other cameras. The images are crystal clear and even allows me to read license plates day and evening with cars parked in my driveway. Having installed the cameras 2 month ago I have had no issues with either camera, I have just ordered my third camera and will be updating the rest of my cameras to this camera in the future. Could not be happier or more pleased with the results!

No power/ video cable comes with the camera. This was a replacement so it wasn't a big deal. The day time picture is a little washed out and the colors aren't as vivid but the night picture is clear and very nice! My current REVO setup has a clearer day picture with more vivid colors but the night picture lacks a lot. I did caulk inside the mount once the camera was set to seal it better. Other than that I am very pleased with this camera and plan on buying more to replace my current system as they go out.

I own hikvision cameras with the same resolution and quality (1080P, 2MP) and they work better than this one. Also, these cameras have a very sensitive lens, so they don't work well in places with too much light. Nightvision is pretty good. I have installed them less than two months ago, so I will update my review in the future.Update: after almost two months after being installed, one of the two cameras activates the night vision during the day, and it has lost the image completely twice, I have had to unplug and reconnect the power cable to make it work again (see the attached image of what happens to the camera). The other camera is working ok until now.

Easy to setup and picture is excellent. It is also water resistant. I have it on the side of my house not under an over hang and it gets pounded by the rain and keeps doing it's job day and night without fail. You must setup the correct transmission protocol on the camera using dip switches to get the best picture may it be TVI, AHD, CVI. consult your DVR to setup the correct protocol.

I have to say i’m Liking these camera’s. Great value, solid nighttime picture quality, and good day time quality as well. As long as they stand the test of time i’d Have to say I highly recommend!
