I knew I would buy Dr Sadeghi's new book because I found Within so helpful, and I'm glad I did. It is very therapeutic and will knock loose some of the hard feelings you've been holding on to, I have found it very helpful and plan to reread it. It's like a very good therapy; as humans we have so many emotions but no one teaches us how to process them, this book is the guide we all need.

First of all, Dr. Habib Sadeghi is absolutely brilliant! And let me tell you why: 1)This man not only has an extensive medical education, but he took the steps necessary to heal HIMSELF of cancer! That's a really big deal. 4) I have personally been seen Dr. Sadeghi & have had the pleasure of spending time in his office to witness the thousands of people he has helped! And people LOVE HIM! I love him! This is probably why people in different countries travel across the planet to America to be treated by this great doctor. It's pretty impressive. And yet, the thing that impresses me the most about this great man is his LOVING HEART and his ability to express, teach and LIVE the philosophy of LOVE. Dr. Sadeghi has always been a brilliant writer and physician "The Clarity Cleanse" is no exception. In many ways this book is groundbreaking because, for the first time in nutritional/lifestyle literature, he dedicates most of its focus to the mind, heart and soul connection, not just the "mind/body" connection. Dr. Sadeghi delves deeply into the emotional aspects of cleansing, reinforcing and validating the importance of an "emotional" cleanse as integral to a nutritional cleanse process. He adds practical examples, including from his own life, not just his knowledge of his patients. And, importantly, provides easy to follow steps each of us can practice to effect an emotional cleanse. Having provided helpful and instructive guidance on the conceptual and the practical aspects of an emotional cleanse, he provides both conceptual and practical guidance to the nutritional aspects of the cleanse. Unlike many highly rigid cleanse regimens, Dr. Sadeghi provides a deep understanding of the nutritional framework, allowing the reader to develop his/her own method within easy to understand guidelines.The writing is enjoyably crisp and informative, and the foreward by Gwyneth Paltrow adds a wonderful beginning as well as a deserved tribute to Dr. Sadeghi's impact as a physician. An enlightening reading, the exercises suggested are simple yet calming and effective, not just a selection of soothing words, not only for emotional struggles but even if you want to manage your Self more consciously
