Obviously most people when you buy something of this nature you don't use it until you need it. Such was the case this evening when I really needed to use it as I had not been consuming enough water and found myself in a bit of a problem. As I went to hook everything up I noticed that the enema screw in plug would NOT screw into the bag and therefore made the bag completely useless and my problem even worse. I am trying to find out how to go about getting my money back right now. My advice to you don't buy something this personal online where you can't SEE how it is made.RGA!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE! and I have NO idea how to return this to the maker!

Good quality product. Rubber bag can also be used for heating sore areas on the body. Used this and got great results. Very happy with purchase. My grandma always told me to use a warm rubber bottle during my montly period I finally did and really helped with pain relief. Happily surprised that there is more than one use from this purchase.

I originally gave this a 5 star review out of courtesy but one month of 1-2 times a week use and the hole that holds the bag up with the hook already broke today and also was leaking. Very cheap.

I love these water bottles because they work well and don't make messes.
