The women's Orthofeet Kita is very comfortable and cute. I have them in every color. The toe box is wider than other shoes and after getting the laces correct for your foot, they are easy to slip on and off without bending over. I get lots of complements on them.The only issues I've experienced with this shoe is that they squeak and they run a half size too short, so make sure to buy accordingly. If your feet are wide at all, go for the wide width (they also make an extra wide). That is one thing I really like about Orthofeet is that they actually make wide shoes in small sizes. Why other shoe makers think women with small feet wear skinny shoes is beyond me. The squeak is noticeable, but fades and eventually goes away.The shoes are made of fabric, so they are are stretchy making them very comfortable for people with small bunions or hammertoes. If you really can't handle the squeak, Orthofeet makes another step-in shoe for women called the Naya. It is very similar and doesn't squeak. All Orthofeet shoes come with inserts to make the shoes tighter and an arch booster.

I had a pair of shoes I had been wearing to work for a year and a half. They had great arch support, but they were always a little tight in the toe area of the shoe. More recently I found that my big toe would hurt after wearing the shoe for an hour or so. Eventually, I just got tired of my old work shoes hurting my toes, so I decided it was definitely time to buy a new pair. I did a little research because I wanted to make sure that I was buying shoes that were durable, comfortable and were wide enough so that they did not feel too tight on my toes. I found this pair of shoes made by "Orthofeet" and I thought I would give them a try. I normally wear a 61/2 shoe size but I wanted a little more room because sometimes I need to wear two pairs of socks for the Chicago winters, so I chose to purchase a size 7. I was glad to see that the shoe was made with wide and extra wide soles so I chose the wide soles (D). I read the return policy which stated you could try them for sixty days before returning them if you change your mind. I said, fair enough. So I ordered a nice pair of black sneakers in a size 7D and these shoes fit great. They felt great the minute I put them on. They have excellent arch support and the "toe box" part of the shoe (see, learned something new) was wide enough so that my toes have plenty of room. No more "big toe" soreness or pain. I'm glad I bought them. It was money well. spent. We only get one pair of feet so we have to be kind to them, so they'll be kind to us! :). I would definitely recommend these shoes and I would buy them again. AAA+Y

First, yes it’s true. They are a little squeaky, but not so much so that you would be embarrassed to wear them out.... but you likely won’t be able to sneak up on anyone with them on. They fit perfectly and the slip on slip off feature is easy and comfortable. Having the laces allow you to adjust the fit and the toe boxes are wide and comfortable with great arch support.

The shoes are very comfortable… but they make a squishy noise when I walk.. noisy

The zebra is pretty bold, makes feet look larger than they are.Comfort aftet several hours wearing is hood, no additional insoes used. The soles are extremely durability. I am 9.5 eide and they are perfect fit

Love, love, love these shoes! They are amazingly comfortable, and so easy to put on. They have a hard back at the heel that lets you slide your foot right in without the back collapsing, and without using a shoehorn or bending down.. Once your foot is in, the soft tops hug your feet, and accommodate any foot imperfections, like bunions. Plus, they fit my extra wide feet perfectly. Don't hesitate to order these if you've ever had problems finding wide enough shoes that you can actually get your foot into, and that fit comfortably. They look good and the thick soles grip the floor for excellent stability. Thank you, Orthofeet!

I love love love these sneakers! They're super comfortable and incredibly easy to just slide your foot in without bending over. I loved them so much that I bought a second pair.I bought them last year and just came back to double check that they were water resistant, for my trip to Alaska where I'm expecting a lot of rainy days. The description says they are. I don't think I've ever worn them in the rain.I can say for sure they dry really fast, regardless, as have watched them in my washing machine several times.And neither of my two pairs is squeaky.59 year old woman, flat-ish feet, and I usually wear size 7.5 shoes. I ordered that size and they fit perfectly. They come with a bunch of insoles but I've never used any of them.

I REALLY want these shoes to work, but they didn’t. I have problem feet, including neuropathy. They just aren’t comfortable on me even with my custom orthotics. This being said, I found these to be very high quality shoes with a design that works. There are real shoe laces and the shoes are easily tightened or loosened depending on the individual. The gray shoes are a really nice shade of gray. The shoes look nice and not as clunky as some. They said seem a little heavy to me. I usually wear a 9W but found these to run 1/2 size larger than normal.
