Product doesn’t match description
Dreadful. Arrived late took nearly four weeks to receive. XL 68cm x 68cm it is not. Product not matching description. Pouch doesn’t stay open as the pictures suggest. Will be complaining and requesting a return/refund

Disappointingly small.
Disappointingly small.... we can only use this for our cairn terrier, it's too small for our medium sized rescue dog. Buyer beware, XL = small.

Not fit for purpose
Dissapointing, it does not stay open as shown in the picture.The piece of plastic coated wire,is neither long enough or stone enough to hold it open.As a result the cat cannot get inside .Waste of money😿
