Amazing pruner. Some minor bugs. Great customer service 👍
Amazing pruner but unfortunately the mechanism for screwing the battery on has sheared and now I have to buy a hole new set just because of this weak bit of plastic. Very insecure way to hold the Battery and pruner it's self.Update- the company is very keen to get my pruners repaired and working again. Great customer service and aftesales 👍

Good product. Charger didn't last
I nanaged to charge the batteries only once and the charger broke. Apart from that the secateurs were really good

Stopped working after 3 months
Initially performed well. Strong clean cuts on small branches. Unfortunately less than 3 months after buying them , the trigger stopped working so no use

The wire nips in the extension pole on assembly causing the pole not to close properly.
Good product. I can predict a problem with the wires and the extension pole. I hope this helps.

Very good
I charged the battery, switched it on, pulled the trigger as instructed and nothing happened. Why are products not tested before shipping? Also why is the instruction manual not written in correct fluent English?

Very well made powerful cordless pruner. Handy adjustable width and easy to operate, the extension bar is light and easy to set up.Overall very pleased with product and speedy delivery.
