Prefer the old style
After using the “old style” Horigen pumps for my last 2 babies, I thought I would upgrade to these for my 3rd baby. I prefer the silicone shields in the old style to the plastic in these. These do not get a proper seal and sometimes fail to pump anything.

Cheap and awful
This is the 3rd brand I've tried for this type of pump and it is by far the worst. All of the parts feel cheap, and it doesn't fit right. The second time I used it I lost almost all of my milk for the whole session because I COULD NOT figure out why it was leaking. I dissassembled both pumps 3 times and I still don't know why they leaked or if it will do it again. The third time I used it, I had to disassemble one of them twice to try to figure out why the suction wasn't working. I didn't figure out why, it just started working the 3rd time I reassembled it. I am on my 4th time using it and I am so done. Im just using it until my new one arrives. From a different brand, obviously.

It’s okay with a major drawback
Having tried several portable pumps, I was looking for certain features and still have yet to find one that has it all without the ridiculous price tag.Pros: I like that this one has the container to hold the milk versus the flange type that leaks out the bottom if opened. I like that the container screws on versus just clipping in and it hold 6 oz which others hold less. I also like the screen showing you the level, mode and battery life. It’s not loud at all in my opinion. No more so than others.Cons: the large part that sits up against the boob is a hard plastic versus a flexible rubber..this seems to not suction as well as others so I was never able to pump/produce as much. This ultimately is the biggest issue and why I am returning it. The pros are great but if it won’t pull out milk, it’s useless.

Not for me
This pump did not work properly in my opinion. It did not suction well at all, sometimes didn’t even express any milk and when it did it was very little. I still needed to use my regular pump to express the milk after using this pump.

Died within a few months
I bought this in August and by January, neither pump would hold a charge. One lasted until January the other was dead by December, I am also an exclusive nurser, so I only pump when my baby takes a bottle or eats baby food, so it really hasn't seen too much use, would not recommend for an exclusive pumper. It did work great while the battery would hold a charge though! I loved this pump until it stopped charging.

Do not buy
I can’t explain my hatred and frustration towards this pump enough! It’s so hard to get to work right 90% of the time

Wanted to love it, but in the end they weren't worth it.
I really wanted to love these. I have been using the older models of the Horigen wearable pumps and I thought these newer models would solve a lot of the issues I had with the old ones - namely leaking when leaning over and the reservoir being too small. While these newer models did fix those issues, they have a whole bevy of issues themselves that just were not worth the hassle. These have a bunch of silicone parts that have to be put together in exactly the right way or the pump will leak or not have suction. The first time I used them one of the duck bills was apparently not put in right so I still had suction but the milk backed up into the flange and leaked down into my bra! I regularly could not get suction from at least one of the pumps and would have to take the whole thing apart and put it back together. Also, the flange itself is a hard plastic whereas the older model is silicone. I did not respond as well to the hard plastic and my supply took a dip using these. In the end, I will be returning these and sticking to my original Horigen wearable pumps.

Wished it worked
Only one of the cups worked, at first I thought it might be an issue with one of my breast but I’ve also switched it to the other breast that I was expressing milk from and it still didn’t do anything.
